If you can no longer log in to your account, nor receive a password on your contact email address, it is possible that your account has been hacked by someone with your personal email address, and that they are able to access your Wyylde account. 


In order to identify you as the owner of an account, you can send us the account creation confirmation email you received when you registered, the credit card number you used to pay for your subscription and a copy of your ID to change your email address or delete your account.
