AGE AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION POLICY (KYC) 18 September 2026 16:10 Updated PREAMBLE — PURPOSE AND SCOPEThis Age and Identity Verification Policy sets out the procedures by which Wyylde ensures that its Users are adults, in accordance with applicable law and the technical framework published by the French Regulatory Authority for Audiovisual and Digital Communication (Arcom). It applies to any person creating an account on Wyylde and, more specifically, to any person wishing to access Explicit Content (content of an explicitly sexual or pornographic nature, or content that, due to the manner in which it is presented, may not be suitable for exposure to a minor).Wyylde is an online community platform reserved for adults. The website is prohibited to minors. Any registration, attempted registration, use of the website, or access to Explicit Content by a minor is prohibited.ARTICLE 1 — GENERAL PRINCIPLES1.1 A mere declaration that the User is of legal age, made when creating an account, is not sufficient to justify access to Explicit Content on the Website.1.2 Registration and access to Explicit Content are subject to effective and reliable age verification that complies with the technical requirements defined by Arcom, ensuring that only adults may access such content while providing sufficient protection for Users' personal data and privacy.1.3 Before effective age verification has been completed, no pornographic or Explicit Content is displayed to the User, in order to prevent any exposure of minors.1.4 A clearly visible notice informs the User, before any payment, that access to Explicit Content is subject to mandatory age verification. This notice, displayed before payment is confirmed, constitutes evidence of the User's consent.ARTICLE 2 — THE THREE STEPS TO ACCESS2.1 Account creation. The User provides their information and declares that they are an adult. At this stage, no Explicit Content is visible: photos and videos remain blurred, and only profiles and event posters are visible as thumbnails.2.2 Subscription. Access to certain features (messages, events, live streams, videos) requires a subscription. A subscription alone does not unlock Explicit Content: such content remains blurred.2.3 Independent age verification. Unlocking Explicit Content requires actual age verification carried out by an independent service provider.Certain content publishing or broadcasting features may also require identity or profile verification. Only verified Users may publish or broadcast content.ARTICLE 3 — THE VERIFICATION PROCESS3.1 Wyylde uses Jumio, an independent specialist service provider, to verify Users' age. Jumio is legally and technically independent from Wyylde and, within current technological limitations, complies with the technical requirements of the framework published by Arcom on age verification.3.2 In practice, the User submits an identity document and a biometric facial capture to Jumio. The provider verifies the authenticity of the document, the match between the document and the User's face, and the absence of fraud.3.3 If automated verification fails, a manual verification process takes over.3.4 The technical age-verification process provided by Jumio is designed to comply with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), with clear, concise, transparent and easily accessible information for Users, as well as robustness intended to limit opportunities for circumvention.3.5 Jumio has developed a technical solution aimed at limiting discriminatory bias in the verification process.ARTICLE 4 — PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA4.1 Wyylde does not have access to the data used to verify the User's age. Only the result of the verification (successful or unsuccessful) is transmitted to Wyylde.4.2 Sole exception: where verification of the gender stated on the profile is necessary to ensure the authenticity of that profile, and this information is not clearly available on the identity document, a one-off check may be performed to ensure consistency between the declared gender and the document. Outside this specific situation, Wyylde cannot access any other personal information submitted as part of the verification process.4.3 Personal data submitted for verification (identity document and biometric capture) are retained by Jumio for a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of verification, subject to Jumio's terms and conditions. After this period, the data are securely deleted. No data are retained beyond what is strictly necessary.4.4 The verification system does not produce reusable proof of age outside Wyylde (the principle of double anonymity promoted by Arcom's recommendations): Jumio does not share your verified identity with Wyylde, and Wyylde does not transmit your identity to Jumio beyond what is necessary for the verification.→ For all matters relating to the processing of your personal data: see the Privacy Policy.ARTICLE 5 — YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES5.1 In accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR, which governs automated individual decision-making, the User has the right to challenge an incorrect verification decision and to rectify their information.5.2 If verification fails, the User has a right of recourse with Jumio. The precise terms of this recourse are set out in Jumio's terms and conditions, accessible from the verification flow.5.3 For any questions relating to the processing of your personal data as part of this verification, you may contact Wyylde's Data Protection Officer: dpo@wyylde.com.ARTICLE 6 — EVOLUTION OF THE SYSTEMWyylde undertakes to proactively develop its age-verification system as available technological solutions improve, in order to better comply with Arcom's recommendations (in particular the principle of double anonymity) and the principles governing the protection of personal data.ARTICLE 7 — SPECIFIC CASE OF COUPLE ACCOUNTSWhere an account is used by two people (Couple Account) and age, identity or consent verification is required, it must be completed separately by each person concerned.ARTICLE 8 — RELATIONSHIP WITH WYYLDE'S OTHER POLICIESThis Policy supplements Wyylde's Terms of Use (Article 4.1.1) and should be read in conjunction with:— the Privacy Policy, for all matters relating to the processing of your personal data;— the Moderation Policy, for the content rules applicable once access has been unlocked;— the "Age Verification" page of the Transparency Centre, which provides a public-facing summary of this Policy.ARTICLE 9 — UPDATES TO THIS POLICY9.1 This Policy may be amended by Wyylde at any time, in particular to take account of legal, regulatory (Arcom, GDPR) or technological developments.
