Verify my profile

To have your profile verified and obtain a yellow badge, you must contact our support via the Assistance section of the site by sending us a complete request.   

Your request must be accompanied by the following information and documents: 

• a photo of yourself (unmodified), holding a paper on which is written: 
  your username, the mention for Wyylde, and today's date
• a photo of your identity card

Important points 

• For the "couple" status, both people must appear in the photo, and no editing will be accepted.
• It is not necessary to send us the same request multiple times. The announced response time is 24 hours, please only contact support again if, after this period, you have not received a reply.
• Certification does not grant you a subscription. To access features unlimitedly, you must subscribe to a Gold membership. 

Security of submitted data 

Your identity card and photos will never be published on the site and will remain confidential. The documents, once verified and approved by our team, are deleted. No downloads are made. 

This is a security measure to validate the authenticity of your status and your person.

My certification request

The processing time for your certification request is 24 hours. After this period, and without feedback from our service, you may contact our service via the Assistance section of the site.
