Taking a Screenshot (Mobile Version)

When is a screenshot useful?

Our service may ask you to provide one or more screenshots, particularly in the following cases:

• reporting a bug,
• reporting a member,
• or any situation requiring visual verification.

This allows our team to better understand the issue and provide you with a quicker and more appropriate response.

In some cases, a video capture may also be requested to precisely view the steps taken and identify the source of the problem.

Warning: any misuse of screenshots to steal or distribute content without permission is prohibited and may result in sanctions, both legally and on the platform.

How to take a photo screenshot?

On Android

Generally (Samsung, Xiaomi, Redmi, etc.), you can take a screenshot by pressing simultaneously:

• the volume down button
• and the power button

You can also access this function via the quick menu by swiping the screen.

On iPhone

Press simultaneously:

• the side button
• and the home button (or volume + depending on the model)

A notification then confirms the capture has been saved.

How to make a video screenshot?

On Android

Most Android devices have a built-in screen video capture function, accessible:

• via the apps menu,
• or in the quick panel at the top of the screen.

On iPhone / iPad

Video capture is available via:

• Settings → Control Centre
• then activate “Screen Recording”

Once activated, you can start recording directly from the control centre.
