To make a transfer of your subscription, the request is made to the customer service.
To do this, it is necessary to send them the following information :
- the names of the cards (specifying the old card and the new card)
- email addresses linked to accounts (or the unique address if you want to keep the same)
- the last 4 digits of the bank card used during the subscription
- the date of validity of the same card
In case you no longer have this information, you can attach a photocopy of your room.
The request must be made on the site, via the Support section, and for this the account to which you want to transfer the subscription must already be created.
The subscription can only be transferred once !
