Payments related to the Wyylde site are titled Neteck VPC. If you have two payments with the same title, it is advisable to first verify that both payments are indeed related to Wyylde.

• I know the account linked to both payments

If both payments are linked to the same account, we invite you to contact us through the Assistance section of the site. We recommend detailing the situation as much as possible by providing us with all the details related to the payment.

• I do not know which account the second payment is linked to

If you do not know the username of the account linked to the second payment, you should also contact us via the Assistance section of the site. 

You will then need to provide us with the following information in order to carry out a search: 

• The last 4 digits (only) of the linked bank card
• Its expiry date 
• The date of the payment 
• The exact amount
• The transaction numbers
