- How and where do I insert these promotional codes ?
The codes must be inserted from your Subscription settings, as shown below. You then need to save them in order for them to be taken into account.
- My code was not taken into account
If your code does not work, an error message will tell you why (invalid code, offer for which you are not eligible, etc.).
Depending on the error message you receive, you can contact our team to obtain more information about the reasons why it is not working.
For us to be able to deal with your request more effectively, please indicate the promo code you used and the error message you encountered.
