Entering a Promo Code

Promotional codes remain occasional and are mostly distributed by our partners (clubs, bars, events...). 

• How and where to enter these promotional codes? 

Codes must be entered from your Subscription Settings, as shown below. You must then save for it to be properly applied.

• My code is not accepted

If it does not work, an error message will indicate the reason (invalid code, offer you are not eligible for, etc.).

Depending on the error message encountered, you have the option to contact our team to obtain more information about the reasons for its failure. For better handling of your request, it is necessary to provide the promo code you used and the error message encountered.

You cannot benefit from promotional codes multiple times.
