The different payment methods

To ensure your discretion, all our direct debits will appear under the description "NETECK-VPC" on your bank statement.

The site offers different payment methods, excluding Paypal:

• Payment by bank card 

Not all cards are accepted on the site, only payment cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

• Do you want to pay with a prepaid card?

If the service you wish to use allows you to enter a card number along with a security code and an expiry date, its use is possible but we cannot guarantee that the transaction will be accepted. 

In case of payment refusal, we invite you to contact the card provider directly.

• Payment by bank transfer or cheque 

To know the terms of these payment methods (cheque mailing address and/or bank details) we invite you to contact our service via the Assistance section of the site.

• Payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay 

You have the option to pay for your subscription via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
