  • I know the account linked to both payments

If both payments are connected to the same account, we invite you to contact us via the Support section of the website. Please provide as many details as possible regarding the situation, including all relevant payment information.


  • I don’t know which account is linked to the second payment

If you don’t know the username of the account associated with the second payment, you should also contact us via the Support section of the website.
