Stopping the renewal of your subscription

All our subscriptions are without commitment and when you subscribe to a Gold subscription, the automatic renewal is enabled by default.

How do I stop the renewal of my subscription? 

The cancellation of your automatic renewal option for your subscription can be disabled at any time from the settings of your Wyylde account. This option must also be done 24 hours before the renewal to be taken into account.

To do this, you must: 

• Go to your Settings.
• Select the Subscription section.
• Click on Manage.

To disable the automatic renewal, you must first review the features that will no longer be accessible, then confirm your choice by ticking the appropriate box.

You will then be asked to indicate the reason for your cancellation via a short form.

A confirmation will be displayed once the request has been processed, indicating that the automatic renewal has been successfully disabled.

When will my subscription end? 

By performing this action, only your option will be disabled immediately. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period for which you have paid.
