Account Suspension

Our moderation team is active on the site and works to secure it as much as possible. 

Any suspension results from a thorough analysis and verification, and no decision is taken lightly or based solely on simple reports, as all are checked.    

• Suspension periods

Suspension periods vary depending on the reason for the block, as well as the number of repetitions of the offence committed. Not all accounts will have the same suspension duration; this depends on the history of each account as well as the reason. 

• Reasons for suspension

For example, an account may be suspended for the following reasons: solicitation messages, sharing photos of minors, fake profiles, or suspicion about a profile... 

Not all suspensions are immediate; each verification is done on a case-by-case basis, and some start with a written warning received from our moderator via the site. 

• How do I unlock my account?

The duration and reason for your suspension are displayed automatically when you try to access your account. 

You have the option to contact customer service if you wish, via the Contact Customer Service option. It is important to provide a full response and to include your username as well as the email address linked to your account.
