My photos/videos have been stolen and published

The theft of photos and their distribution without your consent is not allowed by the site or by law.   

If you notice that a member is using your photos or videos without your knowledge or if you no longer wish to appear on an account that you created with someone in the past, please send us a copy of your identity document via the site's Support section.

We will then delete all the data distributed without your knowledge and suspend the member who published them if the removal has not been taken into account following a request.

• I do not have a site on Wyylde and my identity has been stolen, what should I do? 

If someone is pretending to be you on the site, please inform us as soon as possible by providing the username of the account in question, as well as a copy of one of your identity documents.

We will then be able to delete the account, the information concerning you, and the content belonging to you. 

• How to file a complaint for theft, use of photos and/or identity theft? 

In case of a complaint, and upon official requisition from the police services after filing a complaint, we would be able to provide any necessary elements. The requisition must be sent to this address: team@wyylde.com.
