Send an attachment

You have the option to attach files (documents, photos, screenshots) during your exchanges with our service.

From the website

Go to the Support section, then click on the paperclip icon to add an attachment to your request.

From an email

If you have already contacted our service by email, you can also attach files directly from your email client.
To do this, click on the paperclip icon located in the email composition interface.
