With AWS Amazon hosting, Wyylde has the control and trust it needs to securely manage its business and user data with the most secure and flexible cloud computing environments available today.  

As an AWS customer, we benefit from AWS Data Centers and a network designed to protect our information, your identities, our applications and our devices. 

Amazon enables us to strengthen our ability to meet key compliance and security requirements, such as privacy, protection, and location of data, through the range of features and services offered.

In addition, Wyylde is in compliance with the new GDPR regulations put in place by the European Parliament to respect users' data and privacy on the Internet.

In accordance with these regulations, the user's data are permanently deleted from our servers after 18 months from the date of deletion of the account made by the user.

This period meets the retention periods established by the CNIL, Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, but also the decree No. 2011-219 of February 25, 2011 on the retention and communication of data that can identify any person who has contributed to the creation of content posted online.

This legal retention period is imposed on us in order to be able to provide all the information requested by the authorities in case of judicial requisition.
