Why are some accounts deleted?

In accordance with the GDPR, we automatically delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 2 years, in order to protect personal data and maintain an active community.

How to keep your account?

To avoid your account being deleted, simply log in at least once every two years.

If your account has been deleted, it can be recovered within one month. After this period, the deletion becomes permanent.

What this means for you: 

The deletion of inactive accounts may cause changes to your account, including a decrease in your number of followers.

Followers who have not interacted in the past two years are likely to be deleted, which may affect your total number of followers displayed on your profile. Additionally, certain interactions such as likes, comments, and testimonials may also be erased.
