The difference between owner, administrator and moderator

Modified on Fri, 22 Dec 2023 at 04:48 PM

A group can only be created by a gold subscriber.

The owner of a group is its creator, he is the one who has the most power over the group. He can appoint any member present on the website, subscriber or not, as administrator or moderator for his group.

An administrator is in charge of managing the members while the moderators are in charge of moderating the content.

A member can be appointed both administrator and moderator. In this case, the wider rights prevail, i.e. administrator.

In the same way, the group owner can remove administrators and moderators.

The owner can transfer, permanently and irrevocably, the ownership of a group to any member present on the site, subscriber or not.

The group can be moderated afterwards by the wyylde support if the group or some members of the group do not respect the Wyylde charter.
