I cannot log in to my account

If you are experiencing a login problem, you should first check how you registered on the site.

For any registration via an email address, there are several possible issues. 

The problem comes from my login details 

• I get the error message "Username/password incorrect" 

Please note that you need to log in with your username and password and not with your email address. It is also necessary to check that there are no spaces before or after your password and username.

• I forgot or lost my login details

In case you lose or forget your login details, you can request a password reset email via the forgotten password option by entering the email address linked to your account. 

In the email received, your username will appear, so you can become aware of it again or check its correct spelling in order to log in.

• I deleted my account

In this case, you will not be able to log in to your account; you must request reactivation from our team via Support, available on the site.

• The problem comes from the site

If the problem encountered comes from the site: blank page, endless loading, etc., it is necessary to contact our service via our FAQ, or the Support section of the site, located on the homepage (at the very bottom of the page).
