Change my status (mobile version)

First of all, you need to update your profile (photos, description...), so that it matches the new desired status

You can change your status from your account or by contacting customer service

From my account 

To change your status from your profile, here is the procedure to follow: 

• Click on the round icon at the top left to access the menu
• Click on your profile picture and go to the second tab
• Scroll down to the "Basics" box and click on the arrow on the right
• Go to the "Identity" line

You will only be able to change your status in a limited way.

You can specify your status: bi, homo, hetero... but not change the status directly: woman, couple, transgender..

For this, your request must be addressed to our service

If the desired status is not listed in the options provided, you can make a request to our service

Your request can be sent to us from the Support section of the site or from the contact form in our FAQ.

The verification procedure applied is the same as for a certification request.
