Delete my account (mobile version)

You have the option to delete your account directly by logging into your account or, if you encounter any issues, to send us a request through the Support section of the website.
 

I have access to my account 

You must be logged into your account to perform the steps explained below:

• Click on the round icon at the top left of your screen.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the menu page that opens and click on Settings. 
• Then click on Security. 
• Next, select Delete my account

When you click on Delete my account, a page will open asking you to confirm your choice, simply click Continue.

The final step to delete your account is to enter your username and password (if you created your account without using Sign In), as well as the reason for leaving. You can also provide us with additional information, advice, and suggestions so that we can improve the quality of our service and your experience on our platform.
 

I do not have access to my account 

If you cannot delete your account for various reasons related to access, you can send a deletion request to our service via the email address team@wyylde.com.

To process your account deletion request quickly, your request must include the following information: 

• To identify your account: 
  • your username
  • the email address linked to your account
     
• For security purposes to identify you as the account owner: 
  • the last 4 digits of the credit card used in case of a subscription, and its expiry date.
  • a photo of your identity document if you do not have this information, or if you did not have a subscription
     

IMPORTANT: 

• Once your account is deleted, your data will be permanently erased from our servers within one month.
• Deleting your account will automatically stop the renewal of your subscription, but will not suspend your current subscription.
