You have access to your account To change your email address from your account, follow these steps: Go to your account settings, then to the “Security” section Click on the Emails lineA window will open, enter your new contact email address A validation email will then be sent to this email address to confirm it You do not have access to your account If you do not have access to your account, you can make a request to our customer service.You can contact the service from the Assistance section of the website.For security reasons, your request must include the following information: Your username and the email address linked to your account A new email address The last 4 digits of the credit card and its expiry date, if you have subscribed to a subscriptionA photo of your ID if you have not subscribed to a subscriptionAn incomplete request cannot be processed and therefore no change will be made.
