My account was blocked after I registered

For security reasons, the site carries out several levels of verification.  


If you are new to the Wyylde site and your account has been blocked, this is one of the security measures put in place to make the site more secure. 


Here is the procedure for requesting that your account be unblocked. 


You need to contact our Customer Services department from the home page of the site, or from our FAQ, and attach the following documents to your request: 

                        - a photocopy of your identity document 

                        - a certified photo of yourself, clearly visible, unaltered and holding a piece of paper bearing your username, the current date and the words "For Wyylde".
