My testimonial does not appear (sent or received)

To be published, a testimonial must be validated by the member who received it. 

 

  • I have received the comment 

To validate a comment received, go to your testimonials, via the "playnote" section in the site's notification bar.

Then stay in the "received playnotes" tab. 


Validating a comment will then publish it on your profile, where it can be read by other members of the community. If you reject it, it will be permanently deleted and will never appear on your profile.


  • I have left a comment for a member 

As the sender of a comment, you can check whether it has been validated. 

To do this, go to your testimonials, via the "playnote" section of the site's notification bar. Then select the 'send playnotes' tab.


If your testimonial has not yet been validated, it will appear with the status "awaiting validation". 


If your testimonial has been validated, its status will update to "story published". You can also delete it at any time by selecting the cross. 

All deletions are final.
