Removal of Inactive Accounts

Modified on Thu, 20 Feb at 11:35 AM

Why are some accounts deleted?

In accordance with the RGPD, we automatically delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 2 years in order to protect personal data and ensure an active community.

To keep your account, simply log in at least once every two years.

If you find that your account has been deleted, you can recover it within one month. After this period, your account will be permanently deleted.

What this means for you:

The removal of inactive accounts may result in changes to your account, including a decrease in your follower count.

Followers who have not interacted in the past two years are likely to be removed, which may impact the total number of followers displayed on your profile. Additionally, certain interactions, such as likes, comments, and testimonials, may also be deleted.
