There are two ways to change the e-mail address associated with your account.
- You have access to your account
Go to your account settings, then to the "Security" section, then click on the "E-mail" line and enter your new contact e-mail address.
A confirmation code will be sent to this address. Enter it in the field provided to confirm that your new contact e-mail address has been taken into account.
- You do not have access to your account
If you do not have access to your account and cannot change your e-mail address, you can ask us to do so. To do this, you need to contact our service, from the Support section of the site.
The following information must be attached to your request (no changes can be made without this information):
To identify your account: your username and the e-mail address linked to your account.
For security purposes, in order to identify you as the owner of the account
- the last 4 numbers of the bank card used for subscriptions, and its validity date
- a photo of your ID if you do not have this information, or if you did not previously subscribe.
