The automatic renewal of your subscription is different from an outright purchase. 

All our subscriptions are automatically renewed on their expiry date. The contract is renewed for the same duration and under the same conditions as those previously validated. 

You'll find all the information you need on the website and when you subscribe, including your next expiry date.

• If you dispute the automatic renewal of your subscription

In this case, no refund can be given.

• If you wish to obtain a refund for the immediate purchase of a subscription

In this case, you must contact our customer service department, via the Assistance section of the site, to find out the conditions and eligibility criteria.
