- The site sends me back to the registration page
If the site sends you back to the registration page even though you have an account created by Google or Apple, then you need to check that your phone is connected to your Google or Apple account.
If your mobile phone is not connected, the site will not be able to identify which account to link to and will automatically direct you to the site's home page to create a new account.
- I've lost my login details
Your login details are not linked to your Wyylde account, but to your Google or Apple account. If you have lost your login details, you will need to contact your account.
- I don't receive a reset email
As your login details are not linked to your Wyylde account, no reset email can be sent to you by the site. To do this, you need to contact your Google or Apple account.
- I have a subscription and I can no longer access my account
If, despite your attempts to retrieve your login details via your Google or Apple account, you are unable to do so, you will no longer be able to access your Wyylde account.
You can create a new account, by registering via email, and ask us to transfer your subscription. I've attached the procedure here.
