Check that my subscription renewal has been deactivated

The site provides a number of instructions to help you confirm that your automatic subscription renewal option has been deactivated.  


To find out how to do this, click here

  • As soon as it is deactivated 

As soon as you deactivate your subscription, a window will open to confirm that your deactivation has been taken into account, as shown below. 

This confirmation will also tell you the exact date on which your subscription will end.

  • From your settings 

You can also check this later from your settings, in the subscription section. 

1. The button has changed from "disable" to "continue"? You can reactivate it at any time by selecting it.

2. The date of your next direct debit no longer appears, replaced by the end date of your subscription.
