Change My Password

There are two ways to change your password.  

• You are not logged into your account

If you no longer have access to your account, or if you have forgotten your password, you must use the “forgot password” option on the homepage of the site. 

Then enter the email address linked to your account to receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions to be able to change your password. 

Your old password will not be requested, as the email is sent to your email address linked to your account for security reasons, to which you have secure access.

• You are logged into your account

If you have access to your account, you need to log in. Then go to your Settings, then to the Security section, as shown below, and select Edit next to the Password line. 

Your old password will be requested for security reasons to validate this change.

• I am not logged in and I no longer have access to my email address

If you no longer have access to your account and the email address associated with your account is no longer an address you can access, you must contact our service. We will then be able to change your email address so that you can follow the instructions on this page and reset your password.
