Change my email address

There are two ways to change the email address associated with your account.  

• You have access to your account 

Go to your account Settings, then to the "Security" section, by selecting More (in the menu on the left side of the site).

On the "Email" line, click on the "Manage" link then enter your new contact email address.

A confirmation code will then be sent to it, enter it in the indicated field to validate the update of your new contact email address.

• You do not have access to your account 

If you do not have access to your account and cannot change your email address, you have the option to request it from us. To do this, you must contact our service via the Assistance section of the site. 

Your request must be accompanied by the following information (without these elements, no change can be made): 

> To identify your account: 

• your username
• the email address linked to your account

For security reasons, to identify you as the owner of the account:

• the last 4 digits of the bank card used in case of a subscription, and its expiry date
• a photo of your identity document if you do not have this information, or if you did not have a subscription
