Delete my account

You have the option to delete your account from your Settings, or if you encounter a problem, you can request it from the Support section of the site.   

• I have access to my account

To carry out the process you must be logged into your account and go to your settings.
Then go to the Security section.

Scroll down to the line "delete my account" and select "erase", as shown below: 

A new window will appear, in which for security reasons you will need to confirm your username and password. 

Additionally, and in order to improve ourselves, you will be asked for the reason for your deletion request. 

• What if I want to recover my account? 

If you want to recover your account, simply send a message to our customer service via the Support section of the site, or through the contact form in our FAQ. Here is the link to the detailed instructions. 

Please note that once your account is deleted your username becomes available. This means a new user can use it, making it impossible to recover afterwards.

• I do not have access to my account

If you cannot delete your account for various reasons related to access to your account, you can send a deletion request to our service via the email address team@wyylde.com.

In order to process your account deletion request quickly, your request must include the following information: 

• To identify your account: 

- your username.
- the email address linked to your account.
 

• For security reasons to identify you as the account owner:

- the last 4 digits of the bank card used in case of a subscription, and its expiry date.
- a photo of your identity document if you do not have this information, or if you did not have a subscription.

IMPORTANT:

• Once your account is deleted, your data will be permanently erased from our servers within one month.
• Deleting your account will automatically stop the renewal of your subscription, but will not suspend your current subscription.
