Hide explicit content

The Wyylde site offers you the possibility to make your browsing experience more enjoyable by hiding explicit photos. This feature is available from your account settings.

• What is the purpose of this option?

This feature allows you to hide certain explicit content (content showing visible genital areas). 

Explicit photos are, by default, hidden for all new users. Members registered before 18/09/2024, and those who chose to disable this filter during their registration, can activate it from their account settings. 

• How to activate it?

To activate this option, you must: 

• Go to your settings 
• Stay in the General section
• Select Manage on the line Hide explicit content
• Select the content you want to hide according to your preferences
• Save 

You have full control over this feature, which you can modify and adapt according to your preferences.

• Disable explicit content for certain profiles only 

You have the possibility to customise this option according to profiles, by disabling or enabling it. This is only possible if you have first activated the option from your settings, as explained above. 

Then, you can: 

• Go to a profile 
• Select more options by clicking on the 3 dots
• Click on the last option offered in the list

• How does it work?

Once activated, explicit content will appear blurred on the site. Each piece of content defined as explicit will be hidden: posts, media, profile photo thumbnail, cover photo...

For a better experience, you are free to hide explicit content for everyone or only for certain profiles. For this, the filter is activated directly from the concerned profile.
