I have a charge even though I haven't subscribed

If a payment appears on your account from the Wyylde site, we first invite you to verify that the transaction descriptions are indeed under the name Neteck VPC.


Whether you have an account without a subscription or are not a member of the site, we invite you to contact us through the Assistance section of the site (available at the bottom of the login page for non-members).


If you do not know the username of the account linked to the payment, you will need to provide the following details for us to perform a search:

  • The last 4 digits of the associated credit card
  • Its expiration date
  • The date of the payment
  • The exact amount
  • The transaction number
